Good morning friends! Do you believe that God will do what He said He is going to do? This is an important question to ask ourselves…because if the answer is anything but a resounding ‘YES!’ it may be time to examine your life and discern what is keeping you from being able to trust God and His Word.
I’m often asked how we discover and live into God’s purpose for our lives? Simply stated: it is a process. We must embrace the process of being delivered from the trials that hold us back and move from captivity to freedom. It is from a place of freedom from the things that oppress us that we see God working out His purposes in our lives. Here are some of the steps in that process:
- Transformation through Worship
- The Furnace of Affliction
- Restoration of Ruins (the Redeemer at work)
Friends, I want to encourage you to trust that God’s purpose prevails.
Many are the plans in a man’s heart, but it is the lord’s purpose that prevails. (Proverbs 19:20)
I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11)
