Drawing Near to God has been a community of women meeting together for more than 20 years in the Charleston area.
Charleston, SC is the largest DNG Community to date. With over 150 women meet in DNG groups, come to our large gatherings or participate in prayer.
Making Space for God
In the Fall and Spring, DNG hosts Making Space for God on Thursday mornings. There you will find impactful and theologically sound teaching from Joanne Ellsion and the DNG Teaching Team, life-changing small groups where deep relationships are formed, and powerful prayer from the DNG Prayer Team and volunteers.

Abiding Space Groups
During the late Spring and Summer DNG women gather together as small groups. Abiding Space groups are open to anyone, whether you have attended a DNG study before or not, and o er you an opportunity for deep community and spiritual enrichment. These groups are FREE and can be joined at any time by registering.
Charleston Meetings

Currently, our largest group meets on Thursday mornings at St. Andrews Church in Mount Pleasant, SC. There you will find small groups that meet from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and then come together for a time of teaching and worship.

DNG’s Teaching & Worship Experience is a great resource whether you’re a group of friends or Women’s Ministry looking to enhance their study of God’s word, or a small church without a formal women’s program looking for resources.
