The book of Matthew offers an opportunity for the curtain to be pulled back as Jesus allows us to see His Kingdom. He not only explains what it means that He is the King of the Kingdom, but He explains the culture, language, lifestyle, and guidelines that govern His Kingdom. Even more wonderful than that, He invites us to become citizens of His Kingdom, the Kingdom over which He rules and reigns. He wants us to join Him… to live, breathe, and experience life as citizens of His kingdom. In this book, we will look at Matthew’s first-person account of meeting, living, and walking with Jesus as He announces the reality of His Kingdom, its presence on earth, and His reign as a result.
